Description

This no-bake Oreo Delight has 5 distinctly decadent layers to please any dessert lover.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 Oz. Size) Oreo Cookies (regular Or Double Stuffed)
  • ¾ sticks Butter, Melted
  • 2 containers (8 Oz. Size) Cool Whip
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 cup Confectioners/powdered Sugar
  • 1 package (5.9 Oz. Size) Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
  • 2-¾ cups Milk

Preparation

Using a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies. Set aside one cup of the crushed Oreos and mix the rest with the melted butter. Press the mixture on the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to make a crust.

In a mixing bowl using a hand mixer, combine 1 container of Cool Whip with the cream cheese and sugar. Spread across the top of the Oreo crust.

In another bowl, whisk the instant pudding and the milk for 2 minutes. Let it set for 5 minutes, then spread it over the whipped cream/sugar mixture.

Top with remaining Cool Whip then sprinkle the top with the remaining cup of crushed Oreos.

Serve with a side of strawberries for extra pizzazz and enjoy.

Very easy and delicious! My 11 year old made it almost solo. We (okay, I) scraped out the bowl!

I made this for an Easter dessert and it received rave reviews from my family. My husband is an Oreo freak, so I knew he would love it, but the rest of my family was also in love with it. It was super simple to make and it is so cool and creamy that it is a great summer dessert. Plus, no baking, so that is just an added bonus! Highly recommend to anyone. I am not much of an Oreo fan and I even liked it.
