Shrimp and pasta in a lovely cream sauce.
In large pot, saute onion, bell pepper, and celery in butter and reduce heat to low. Add soups and milk and stir to combine. Add shrimp, cheese, beau monde, salt and pepper and stir until cheese is melted. Add spaghetti. Pour mixture into a 9 x 13 casserole dish and bake at 350ºF untuil bubbly. This dish can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to place in the oven.
Note: If you cannot find Beau Monde seasoning, you can substitute celery salt and reduce salt from 1 tablespoon to 1 teaspoon.
