Description

Great seafood and pasta dish! Subtle flavors explode in your mouth. You’ll love this new recipe!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Spaghetti
  • 16 ounces, weight Fresh Or Frozen Large Shrimp, Peeled, Deveined (If Frozen, Thaw First)
  • 1 Tablespoon Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
  • 2 whole Lemons, Half The Zest And All The Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Prepared Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Fresh Chopped Parsley, For Garnish

Preparation

Boil spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions. Rinse, set aside.

Boil shrimp in Old Bay seasoning water for 4 minutes. Drain, set aside.

In a sauce pan on medium heat, add lemon juice and zest, minced garlic, and pepper. Cook 1–2 minutes, gently stirring.

Place spaghetti and shrimp on a large serving platter. Add lemon-garlic sauce and use tongs to toss and mix. Plate and serve garnished with fresh chopped parsley.

Hi Cheryl, I was just thinking about making some shrimp and spaghetti and this sounds good.
Think I will try it this week. I’m still hanging around, and thought I would check out TK to see what is new and I always check to see what you have listed.
