Description

This is an easy main dish casserole, but really great for company. I usually serve it with a green vegetable, fresh fruit salad and bread. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 stick Butter Or Margarine, Melted
  • 1-½ cup Uncooked White Rice
  • 1 Tablespoon Tony Chachere Seasoning
  • 1-½ pound Uncooked Shrimp, Shelled And Deveined
  • 1 can Cream Of Shrimp Soup - 10 Oz
  • 1 can French Onion Soup - 10 Oz
  • 1 can Tomato Soup (10 Oz)
  • 5 ounces, fluid Water

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and put in a lightly greased 9 x 13 dish and bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees F. Cover tightly with Reynolds aluminum wrap while it cooks in oven.
