Description

My baked version of shrimp fettucccini.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Deveined Shrimp
  • ½ teaspoons Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
  • 2 sticks Butter, Divided
  • 1 bunch Green Onions, Chopped
  • 1 jar Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 1 pint Half-and-half
  • 1 pound Velveeta Cheese
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 pound Fettucini

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 375F.

2. Put shrimp to boil with the Tony’s creole seasoning. Once boiled, drain and pour in a large bowl.

3. Prepare fettuccini as directed.

4. While fettuccini is cooking, melt 1 stick of butter with green onions, mushrooms, and pepper on low heat till tender. Then add to the shrimp and mix.

5. In the same pot, melt the remaining stick of butter, cheese, and half-and-half on low heat, stirring often until cheese is melted. Add to the shrimp mixture and stir till combined.

5. Drain fettucini and stir into the shrimp mixture.

6. Pour into a glass pan and bake for up to 1 hour. It just depends on how golden you like it.

Let cool, serve, and enjoy!

Note: You can substitue crab or crawfish in place of the shrimp. Or go all out and use your favorite seafood combination to make a whole seafood fettuccini.
