This simple and delicious sesame noodle dish gets a protein boost from chicken and edamame, topped with cilantro and sriracha. Get your chopsticks ready!
While you’re cooking the noodles … In a medium sized bowl whisk together the soy, sugar, garlic, vinegar, oils, and red pepper flakes until sugar is dissolved. Put the chicken and edamame in a large serving bowl then add the dressing and toss to combine. When noodles are done, drain off the water and pour the hot noodles into the bowl with the other ingredients and toss well to combine. Serve with cilantro on top and sriracha on the side.
