Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

Delicious and easy enough too make this fall!
Ingredients
- 10 whole Potatoes
- 4 cups Milk (Vitamin D Or 2%)
- 3 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 8 Tablespoons Flour
- 16 ounces, weight Thinly Sliced Honey Roasted Ham
- 8 ounces, weight Medium Sharp Cheese
Preparation
Thinly slice potatoes into a casserole dish or roaster pan. Heat milk on stovetop slowly in a sauce pan and in a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, flour. Pour milk mixture and flour mixture over potatoes.
Chop and add ham. Add grated cheese. Add more salt and pepper. Mix.
Cover and cook in oven for 45-60 minutes at 350ºF.
