Description

Shrimp with green onions and tomato baked in a flavorful spicy sauce. Unbelievable with pasta, rice or simply a hunk of good crusty bread.

Ingredients

  • 5 pounds Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
  • ½ cups Green Onions, Sliced
  • 1 whole Large Tomato, Diced
  • 2 sticks Butter (or More If You're Feeling Extra Saucy)
  • ¼ cups Worcestshire Sauce
  • ¼ cups Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • ½ teaspoons Freshly Ground Pepper
  • ½ cups Parsley, Chopped

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the shrimp in a baking dish. Sprinkle the onions and tomatoes on top.

2. Melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave and let cool for several minutes. Pour in the Worcestershire, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, garlic, and ground pepper and mix. Pour over the shrimp and cover the baking dish with foil.

3. Place in the oven and cook for 10 minutes. Stir and re-cover, then bake for about another 10 minutes or until the shrimp are red and firm.

4. Remove from the oven and stir. Sprinkle with parsley. Ladle the shrimp and sauce over pasta or rice and serve with crusty bread to soak up all of the sauce.
