Description

Very experimental today and it turned out GREAT! Would be great with a side of rice or pasta or even mashed potatoes!

Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • ½ jars (16 Oz. Jar) Salsa Of Your Choice
  • ½ boxes (32 Oz. Box) Chicken Broth
  • 1 envelope (5g Packet) Goya Sazon Seasoning
  • 1 cup Water (as Needed)

Preparation

Very EASY! Take broth and dump it into a pot. Turn heat to medium high heat. Add the Sazon seasoning, then the chicken, then salsa. If the chicken isn’t covered, add the water to cover the chicken. I let it poach very gently for an hour at about medium heat and it was still at a nice boil with the cover on. After about an hour, take the cover off and let the sauce reduce. Serve!
