Yummy and easy chicken dish. Sweet but not too sweet due to the Russian dressing.
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Cook chicken pieces in a greased 9×13 inch pan for 20 minutes.
Mix apricot jam, Russian dressing and soup mix thoroughly. Remove chicken from oven and remove from pan momentarily. Drain pan of any grease. Pour 1/3 of jam mixture into pan. Place chicken pieces back in pan and cover with the rest of the sauce mixture.
Bake at 325ºF for 1 hour, uncovered.
