I made this last night. It was super good! Next time i will cut down the soy sauce since it was a tad to salty for me. My 2 year old devoured this tho, and hes been picky lately!! Definately going to be part of the regular menu now!

I use bone in, skin on thighs and bake the 1 hours and 15 min. If you use boneless then I would lower the time you cook them.

Holly in the end it cooks in the butter but you do not have to eat it if you don’t want to….just bake and take out of the liquid and eat. Liquid will be like 1/2 way up so the skiniscrisp or you could just disguard the skin once done

This is still in the oven, but if it tastes half as good as it smells I’ll be thrilled! I cut the garlic by half (my hubby isnt a big garlic fan) but it still smells amazing! Thanks for the recipe!

Short and simple…I think I’ll use boneless and skinless. Anything with garlic usually tastes great.I’ve got to get a substitute for all that butter though! Thank you for sharing. Love the little pooh bear on your lap!

This sounds very good!! Do you use boneless/skinless thighs or bone in/skin on thighs?

Such an easy dish and so delish! I used low-sodium soy sauce so I did add a sprinkle of seasoned salt to the thighs. Everyone raved as they devoured the thighs.
