Description

Lick-your-plate fantastic.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (24-count Size) Ravioli
  • ¼ whole Onion, Chopped Finely
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped Finely
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ¼ cups White Wine
  • ¾ cups Heavy Cream
  • ⅛ cups Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt And Pepper

Preparation

In a medium pot, boil enough water for ravioli and follow cooking instructions. I boiled mine for 6 minutes.

While ravioli boils, saute onion and garlic in a large saute pan with olive oil. Cook for about 2 minutes or until onion is translucent. Add white wine and cook for 1 minute; scrape all bits off the bottom of the pan. Add heavy cream and simmer while it thickens. Cook for 1-2 minutes and then add cheese. Season to taste. Stir the sauce and pour a few big spoonfuls over ravioli.

Thanks so much for coming by and leaving a review. So glad you liked it and that you could substitute for a lighter version.

We made this tonight with Chicken ravioli’s from Aldi’s. I substituted light cream for the heavy and it turned out perfectly. Was very easy and delicious!
