Lick-your-plate fantastic.
In a medium pot, boil enough water for ravioli and follow cooking instructions. I boiled mine for 6 minutes.
While ravioli boils, saute onion and garlic in a large saute pan with olive oil. Cook for about 2 minutes or until onion is translucent. Add white wine and cook for 1 minute; scrape all bits off the bottom of the pan. Add heavy cream and simmer while it thickens. Cook for 1-2 minutes and then add cheese. Season to taste. Stir the sauce and pour a few big spoonfuls over ravioli.
