A simple pad thai made with Ramen noodles. Not super authentic, but delicious!
Cook noodles in boiling water, drain. Combine sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and chili garlic sauce in a small bowl. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium high heat and add oil. Add onion pieces, meat or veggies, and garlic. Cook 2 minutes or until meat is almost done. Add noodles and sauce. Cook till meat is fully cooked. Top each serving of noodles with bean sprouts, peanuts, and basil. Enjoy!
