Description

Quick and easy pan-fried patties.

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces, weight Canned Salmon Or Tuna, Drained And Flaked
  • 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
  • ¼ cups Herb Seasoned Dry Bread Crumbs
  • ¼ cups Dry Potato Flakes
  • 1 whole Onion, Minced
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • ¼ teaspoons Dried Dill Weed
  • ¼ teaspoons Celery Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Oilive Oil
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

1. In a medium bowl, mix tuna or salmon, eggs, bread crumbs, potato flakes, onion, garlic, dill weed, celery salt, salt and pepper.
2. Form the mixture into 2″ balls, and flatten into patties about 1/2″ thick.
3. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
4. In batches, cook patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.

These are great with dill sauce on top!
