Description

Easy and tasty pork with a creamy gorgonzola sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds, 3-⅓ ounces, weight Pork Tenderloin
  • ½ Tablespoons Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Black Pepper (Fresh Ground If Possible)
  • 4 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Masala (curry Mix) If Desired
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 whole Onion, Chopped
  • 5 cloves Fresh Garlic, Chopped
  • 1 cup, 2-⅔ teaspoons, ⅞ pinches White Wine (good Wine)
  • 2 cups, 8 tablespoons, 1-⅔ teaspoons, 1 pinches Double Dream
  • ½ pounds, 2-⅝ ounces, weight Gorgonzola Cheese
  • ½ cups Parsley, Chopped

Preparation

Coat the pork with salt, pepper and flour. (If you want, you can use some hot curry spices or masala mix too.)

Heat oil and butter in an big Dutch pot. Brown the pork on all sides and set aside.

Turn the heat down and slowly fry the onion and garlic until soft. Add the wine and cook for ten minutes on high heat. Turn heat on low and add the double cream and gorgonzola cheese. Keep stirring until all the cheese has melted.

Last but not least, add the parsley.

If your family wants supper NOW, add the pork and heat for about 10 to 15 minutes.

The sauce is very creamy and rich. So this is great with pasta, fresh bread or baked potatoes from the oven.
