Can be made in a slow cooker or on the stovetop. Good for serving a crowd.
Slice the ham and place it in a slow cooker; heat on low 1 hour.
Place the juice from the pineapple, the additional water or juice, and all of the remaining ingredients (except the pineapple) in a saucepan over medium heat. Boil until thick. Then stir in the pineapple tidbits.
Pour sauce over the ham. Heat on low for two or more hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve over hot cooked rice.
