  • 2 cups Chopped Chicken
  • ¼ cups Diced Onion
  • 1-½ cup Shredded Cheese (Your Choice - Swiss, Cheddar, Etc.)
  • ¼ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 box Frozen Chopped Spinach (10 Oz., Thawed And Drained)

  • 1 package Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 whole Egg White, Beaten
  • 2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°.

Mix cheeses, spinach, chicken, onion, and 1/4 teaspoon salt for filling. Set aside.

Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water. Mix yeast mixture, sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 cup flour in a mixing bowl.

Brush bread with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
