A deliciously creamy tomato sauce with a kick!
Cook the pasta until al dente and then drain and set aside.
In a large skillet heat the oil over moderate heat. Remove the casings from the sausage and add it to the oil, breaking up the meat, until brown. If there is a ton of grease, you may want to drain it off at this point. Then add red pepper flakes and garlic and saute until the garlic is golden brown. Add tomatoes, vodka and salt. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add the cream and bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook for a few minutes until heated through.
Toss the pasta with the sauce. Serve!

I made this 4/9/10 and it was very good even tho I forgot to add the cream to it!
