Description

Sounds nasty… But just try it… It’s yummy!

Ingredients

  • 1 can Whole Peaches, Cut In Thirds And Drained, 20 Oz.
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 6 Tablespoons Flour
  • ¼ blocks Velveeta Cheese Cut Into Cubes- 8 Oz.
  • 1-½ package Ritz Crackers (1.5 Sleeves From A Box)-about 55 Crackers
  • ½ cups Butter, Melted

Preparation

Stir together peaches, sugar, flour, and Velveeta cheese in a greased 13×9 pan.

Crush the Ritz crackers in a food processor or in a large Ziploc baggie and add the melted butter. Spread this across the top of the casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

Yep! That’s right! Its a mild sweet desert but it does taste similar to a peach cobbler. It’s not supposed to be SUPER sweet though.
