This is a recipe I got from a coworker a few years ago. It’s quick, easy, and my husband loves it.
Prepare meat and veggies. Cover noodles with hot water.
In a skillet, brown chicken and pork. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Stir-fry cabbage and carrots.
Add green onions and shrimp.
Cut softened noodles to desired length.
Stir in noodles and meat, add sesame oil. Warm then remove from heat.

I’ve got to try this. My brother-in-law is Filipino and this dish is at every family function. Yummy!
