Description

This rice is always such a nice surprise when it comes out of the oven perfectly done!! Very flavorful and easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Water
  • 1-½ cup Long Grain, Uncooked Rice
  • 1 cup Mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken
  • ⅓ cups Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cups Vegetable Oil
  • ½ envelopes Lipton Dry Onion Soup

Preparation

Mix everything into a casserole.

Cover and cook 2 hours in the oven at 300 degree.
