This is not the chicken and rice recipe you remember. It is made with wild and long grain rice, whipping cream and mozzarella cheese. But it’s good for you—it has green beans in it!
Cook rice according to package directions. Add green beans and place in a greased casserole dish (9×13 works). Place browned chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture. Cover all with grated cheese, then whipping cream. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
