Easy and yummy pasta dish. A total comfort food!
Warm olive oil in a frying pan on average fire. Add onions and let them saute for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes. Add broth, cream, whiskey and simmer for 2 minutes.
Put on a low fire and cook for 10 minutes or until thickened. Add salt, pepper, half of the Parmesan cheese, mix and cook another 2 minutes.
Add the cooked and drained pasta, mix and serve with the rest of Parmesan cheese.
