A delicious lower calorie version of my Mom’s favorite beef meat pie.
1. Over medium heat, brown the turkey and onion with the seasoned salt in a large nonstick skillet. Break up the turkey as you go, and once the turkey is browned and the onions are soft, remove from heat.
2. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and cool slightly.
3. Add egg beaters, sour cream, dressing, and oats. Mix well.
4. Transfer 1/2 of the mixture to a deep dish pie pan sprayed with PAM. Top with all of the cheese, then the remaining meat mixture. Cover with the pie crust, and prick the crust with a fork a few times to let out steam.
5. Bake at 400F for 40 – 45 minutes until nicely browned.
