Description

A hearty pizza perfect for a cold night!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1 whole Zucchini, Sliced
  • ½ cups Red Onion, Sliced
  • 12 whole Frozen Meatballs, Thawed (I Used Leftovers I Had Frozen A Couple Weeks Earlier)
  • 1 whole Refrigerated Pizza Crust
  • 1 bottle (about 14 Oz. Size) Pizza Sauce
  • 8 ounces, weight Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Preparation

Heat oven according to directions on pizza dough label (usually 375ºF).

Melt the butter and saute the garlic, zucchini and red onion. Slice each meatball in half. Spread the pizza crust on a cookie sheet according to the directions on the label. Spoon the pizza sauce over the crust. Top with the meatballs (flat side down), zucchini and red onion. Sprinkle cheese over the whole thing, finishing with Italian seasoning.

Bake according to the pizza dough package directions (usually 15-20 minutes).
