An easy casserole that involves macaroni and meat!
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a large skillet on medium heat, brown and drain the beef. Add onions, margarine, and salt; saute for about 3 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, flour, and parsley flakes and simmer for 10 minutes.
Cook the Velveeta shells according to package directions and then drain and add the cheese packet. Pour into a buttered/sprayed 2-quart casserole dish. Pour in the meat and tomato mixture and mix it all up. Top it off with the shredded cheddar cheese and cook for 20 minutes.
