Great for pork or chicken, the lime makes the meat extra juicy. Pour the honey mustard glaze over the meat during cooking to create a savory mouthwatering meal!
Take the meat and sprinkle with garlic salt and cumin to suit your taste. If you like, you can marinate the meat with the lime juice in a plastic bag in the fridge for 2-6 hours (I have used this recipe a couple of times, and I couldn’t tell the difference when I did marinate the meat from when I didn’t).
Cook the meat over medium-medium high heat in the lime juice until it is about halfway done. Now, mix together the mustard, honey, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and dark brown sugar. Stir it together well, then pour it over the meat, cover it with a lid and allow it to finish cooking. Then—like I need to tell you what to do with it—enjoy!
