Description

How about some juicy and very flavorful chicken? Lemon-garlic chicken is the way to go! The lemon is refreshing with the robust flavor of garlic.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Chicken Drumsticks (9 Or 10 Pieces)
  • ⅓ cups Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper, stirring until well combined. Place drumsticks on a baking sheet and brush both sides with the lemon and garlic mixture. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, basting with lemon-garlic mixture every 20 minutes.

Enjoy!

Miss

Really tasty! My hubby and I enjoyed this – leftovers were even better!

These were REALLY good, and so easy to make! The chicken comes out really moist and flavorful underneath the skin. We don’t eat the skin at my house, so I was worried that there wouldn’t be enough flavor, but the meat soaked it all up!
The only thing I did different was cook at 400 degrees. I wanted the skin to be a bit crispier and brown up.
It’s my new favorite chicken dish, and will now be a constant at our house!

These were pretty good! They were very well seasoned and my whole family enjoyed them, even my picky 3 year old son! I’ll definitely be making these again.

I used skin-on, bone-in thighs instead, and they still turned out great. My husband even said, “These are really good!” I will make these again.
