A simple, quick weeknight meal. Angel hair pasta is tossed in a simple sauce of lemon butter with capers and artichoke.
Cook angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
In a sauté pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium high heat. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, capers, and artichoke hearts. Reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
Combine pasta with lemon butter sauce. Top with grated Parmesan and parsley.
