These are very easy to make and can cook all day while you are away.
Reserve 2 cups barbeque sauce and set aside. Mix the remaining ingredients and place in the crock pot. Cook on low for 7 hours. Take out and pull meat apart. Pour out the juices in the crock pot. Put the meat back in the crock pot, mix in the reserved barbeque sauce, and warm until ready to serve. I like to serve them on steak rolls, but you can use hamburger buns as well.
