Description

Transform ordinary canned tuna into a delicious protein-rich meal with an Asian flair.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (5 Oz. Size) Tuna, Drained
  • 2-½ Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • ½ cups Kimchi, Squeeze Out Excess Fluid And Chopped
  • 1 whole Egg, Beaten
  • ¼ cups Saltine Cracker Crushed
  • 2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs

Preparation

Line air fryer basket with lightly greased aluminum foil.

Mix tuna, mayo, Kimchi, egg and saltine crackers together. Form into patties.

Dip both sides of the patties into panko and place on the aluminum foil. Air fry at 360ºF (180ºC) for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
