Jordan Almonds are not just for weddings anymore!
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Pound the chicken to about 1/2 inch thick.
In a small bowl, beat the egg and place the chicken in there. In a separate bowl, combine everything else except the oil.
Coat the chicken in egg, and then in the almond mixture.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Drizzle with oil. Place chicken in the hot pan. Brown chicken on both sides (about 3 minutes each).
Place on a baking sheet and finish cooking in the oven, about 15 minutes, depending on the size of your chicken.
