Beef burgers with fresh herbs. Yummy.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the cheese. With your hands, gently mix everything until well combined. (Be careful not to over mix the meat because that will make it tough). Gently form into patties. Cook on a hot grill or in a hot cast iron pan for 5-6 minutes per side until done. (If using a skillet, put a little olive oil and salt in the pan to keep the patties from sticking when you flip them). Towards the end of the cooking time, throw on the cheese and cook until melted. Serve on buns with your choice of accompaniments.
