A savory goat cheese pizza with a variety of veggies that can be switched out for whatever you have on hand.
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Roll out pizza dough. Brush a little olive oil on with a pastry brush. Cover with white sauce. Add all veggies and chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 12 minutes, finish with a quick 2-minute broil.
For the white sauce:
On the stove top, melt the butter. Add in garlic and let cook for about a minute. Add in the flour and blend together. Slowly pour in milk and stir until desired thickness. Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese and salt and pepper to taste. If the sauce is too thick, add more liquid; if it’s too runny, add a little more flour.
