Description

Pumpkin pie and Nutella on top of a pizza make a perfect dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Pizza Dough, Medium To Large Size (Store Bought Or Your Favorite Recipe, I Used Whole Wheat)
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Allspice
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Cloves
  • FOR THE TOPPINGS:
  • ¾ cups Pumpkin Puree
  • ⅓ cups Nutella (chocolate Hazelnut Spread) Softened
  • 2 Tablespoons Half-and-half
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Cloves
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Allspice
  • 1 dash Ground Ginger
  • ½ cups Chopped Pecans
  • ¼ cups Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 4 Tablespoons Marshmallow Fluff
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon Sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 475 F. Place a pizza stone inside the oven to heat up.

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface. Sprinkle cinnamon, allspice and cloves into the dough while rolling.

In a medium sized bowl, combine pumpkin puree, Nutella, half-and-half, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, allspice and ginger. Stir together. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Spread pumpkin mixture over the top top of the pizza dough. Sprinkle pecans and chocolate chips on top. Dollop with Marshmallow Fluff and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Transfer the pizza to the hot pizza stone (put it on a pizza peel or the bottom of a baking sheet and slide it onto the stone) and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until crust is slightly brown.
