This is SO easy, but very impressive, and better yet, amazingly delicious!
*This recipe is VERY loose and adaptable. I have NO actual measurements, just add everything to taste!
Also, I cheat and buy a prepared pizza crust at Trader Joes or Fresh & Easy. Feel free to make your own!*
Roll out pizza dough as you like it. I usually roll mine out on a large cookie sheet, sprayed with cooking spray, for a rectangular pizza. (Use a dark pan for a crispy crust!)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mince garlic, chop basil and slice or tear mozzarella. Shred as much Pecorino-Romano as you’d like on your pizza.
In this order, add to crust: fresh mozzarella, as much garlic as you can handle, as much basil as you’d like, as much Pecorino-Romano as you’d like.
Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 18 minutes or until the cheeses are melty and bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
