A great tangy sauce and fall-off-the-bone-tender chicken! A family favorite!
Wash chicken and take skin off (I leave it on the drumsticks). Pat dry with paper towel.
Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in large skillet on stove. Dredge chicken pieces in flour, shake off excess and brown both sides in oil (about 3-4 minutes per side, just to brown).
Place chicken in 9 x 13 pan. Combine remaining ingredients to make the sauce and pour over the browned chicken. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until chicken is tender.
