An oldie but a goodie! You eat them with a fork and a knife.
Put rye bread slices, buttered side up, on a shallow rimmed baking sheet. Top each with meat, cheese slice and 2 broccoli spears.
Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mustard and lemon juice, together. Spread evenly on top of sandwiches. Sprinkle with green onion.
Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
