I love delivering this casserole to friends who are sick or going through a rough time. It’s so good and always received warmly. It goes a long ways and the leftovers are just as good as day one. I actually get cravings for this casserole.
In a very large bowl mix all the ingredients except for the potato chips.
Pour into a 13 x 9 baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Top with the crushed potato chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 min (just to heat through).

Even my husband enjoyed this casserole. It is very unique. My potato chips burnt just a bit due to the high cooking temp. Next time I will put them on for the last 10 min only. Will make this again.
