Highlighter Chicken
Description
This dish is one of my kid’s favorites…the bonus is that it is so easy to make. It’s called Chicken Diable but my kids think that when it’s cooked, it is the same color as a yellow highlighter. We call it Highlighter Chicken.
Ingredients
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- ½ cups Honey
- ¼ cups Prepared Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 6 whole Chicken Breasts
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Melt butter in a pan over low heat. Stir in honey, mustard, salt and curry powder. Coat chicken pieces in the sauce and arrange in a single layer in a 9X13 inch pan. Bake until tender (45 minutes to an hour). Baste a few times with the sauce if possible.

still very good, very easy & everything can be found in my pantry & freezer; love that!
