Makes for a fantastic lunch!
Lay the tortilla on a plate and spoon the hummus down the center. Pile on the turkey and roasted red pepper. Fold up like a burrito.
Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Coat with cooking spray and add the wrap (tortilla seam side down). Grill for 3-4 minutes, or until golden and crispy on that side. Flip and repeat the process. Cut in half and eat!
