Description

Oh so yummy. Oh so creamy.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Chicken Breast (about 6 Large Chicken Breasts)
  • 1 cup Italian Dressing
  • 3 Tablespoons Montreal Chicken Seasoning
  • 1 pound Fettuccine Noodles
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • ¼ cups Butter
  • 4 cups, 3 tablespoons, 1-⅞ teaspoons, ¼ pinches Whipping Cream
  • ¾ cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoons Each, Salt And Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes

Preparation

Place the chicken in a bag or pan to marinate in the Italian dressing for 1/2 to 2 hours.

Preheat grill to medium. Remove chicken from bag, discard marinade, and sprinkle on both sides with Montreal chicken seasoning. Grill until done, about 10 minutes per side. Cool slightly and slice.

Cook the fettuccine noodles according to package directions. Do not overcook. Drain.

In a large saucepan on the stovetop, saute the garlic in butter for 1-2 minutes. Then add the whipping cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. Heat until cheese is melted.

Preheat oven to 325ºF.

Toss together the chicken, noodles, and sauce. Pour into a greased 9×13 or larger baking dish. Sprinkle parsley flakes on top and bake for 20-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Serve using a large tongs rather than a serving spoon.
