Description

All of your favorite Greek flavors come together in these baked meatballs. The cinnamon really ups the ante and leave these bursting with tastiness!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • ½ cups Breadcrumbs
  • 1 whole Egg
  • ¾ cups Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • ½ cups Finely Chopped Onion
  • ¼ cups Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon Roughly Chopped Capers Or Kalamata Olives
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Oregano
  • ½ Tablespoons Cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Place all ingredients into one big bowl. Mix well, using your hands as necessary. Form into 1-inch balls and place on a rimmed baking sheet.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until no longer pink inside.

Serve meatballs in a pita with hummus. Or make smaller 1-inch meatballs and serve as an appetizer on a cucumber spread with hummus.
