Flavorful, crispy oven-baked chicken kids will love.
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Slice chicken breasts in half-inch strips. Dip each strip in ranch dip (dressing won’t be moist or flavorful enough after baking), then coat in crushed Goldfish crackers.
Lay strips on a cookie sheet in a single layer and bake for 15 minutes.
(I know this recipe sounds weird. Everyone thinks so, then they wind up loving it. Try dipping a Goldfish cracker in ranch dressing, and you’ll get it.)
