Allergy-friendly, gluten-free, baked in the oven, delicious and easy Southern fried chicken.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a shallow bowl, combine flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place parchment paper on a baking tray. Put coconut oil on a baking tray, place it in the preheated oven. When oil has melted, take it out of the oven.
Put the chicken in the flour mixture, turning to coat thoroughly. Arrange chicken on the baking tray in a single layer.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until chicken is done, turning chicken halfway through.
