Do yourself a favor and keep some sesame seeds on hand!
In a small bowl, mix together honey, sesame seeds, ginger (fresh ginger substitutes well, too!) and soy sauce. Set aside.
Heat a skillet or wok over high heat with butter. Once it’s sizzling, throw in your chopped raw chicken.
Stir fry chicken until halfway done, toss on soy sauce mixture. Finish cooking chicken until pink is gone, another 4 minutes or so.
Taste sauce and add another splash of soy sauce if need be. Garnish with green onions and serve over hot rice.

Excellent. This is now my sister’s favorite meal. I made the recipe exactly as directed, but added veg to the stir fry and served it over rice noodles. Easy and yummy!!

Really Easy to make. We substituted Sesame Oil for the butter. Nice overall flavor. Would make again.
