Fresh turkey tenders are marinated in a combination of lime juice, honey, and fresh ginger. Then grilled to perfection and brushed with a little extra glaze at the end. They turn out moist and super flavorful.
Place turkey tenderloins in a large resealable plastic bag. In a bowl, combine the lime juice, honey, ginger, and salt. Stir well to combine. Remove ¼ cup of the marinade; set aside. Add oil to the remaining marinade and stir. Pour marinade in the bag with the turkey, close the bag, refrigerate, and marinate for 4 hours.
Remove turkey from the marinade and grill over medium heat. Five minutes before they are done, brush tenders with reserved glaze.
Let rest for a few minutes after grilling and slice against the grain.
