Description

Toasted ham and brie cheese with sundried tomatoes and pecans from Lutecia Cafe in Philadelphia.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces, weight Black Forest Ham Slices
  • 1 ounce, weight Brie Cheese, Divided Into Chunks
  • 2 Tablespoons Sun-dried Tomatoes
  • 1 loaf French Baguette
  • 4 pieces Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 Tablespoon Pecan Pieces
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley
  • ½ whole Lemon
  • ¼ teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preparation

Layer ham, brie cheese and sun-dried tomatoes on the open baguette. Broil for a couple minutes until cheese has melted.

Remove sandwich from the oven and top with lettuce, pecans, parsley, a squeeze of lemon and olive oil.

Enjoy!

Very tasty! I used turkey instead of black forest ham, but next time I will try the ham.
