Toasted ham and brie cheese with sundried tomatoes and pecans from Lutecia Cafe in Philadelphia.
Layer ham, brie cheese and sun-dried tomatoes on the open baguette. Broil for a couple minutes until cheese has melted.
Remove sandwich from the oven and top with lettuce, pecans, parsley, a squeeze of lemon and olive oil.
Enjoy!
