Description

This is a quick and easy meal. I know it sounds like a lot of garlic, but give it a try!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Thin Spaghetti
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 12 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 4 Tablespoons Cream Or Milk
  • ½ cups Chopped Flat Leaf Parsley
  • 1-½ cup Grated Fontina Cheese
  • ½ teaspoons Lemon Pepper
  • Freshly Grated Parmesan For Garnish

Preparation

Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, saute the garlic in olive oil over medium high heat for 1 minute. Add the cream and the cooked pasta and heat through, about 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in the parsley, fontina cheese and lemon pepper until the cheese is melted.

Serve immediately topped with fresh grated parmesan cheese.

Really good. All the kids liked it which is amazing. Any problems with the recipe were my own fault. I thought I would save dishes and make the sauce in the same pot I boiled the pasta in. The pot was way too hot. Learned my lesson. I will be making this again.
